#YouTubeFandomHonestyHour served up some internet video REALNESS.
In every fandom or community, there are always going to be some issues that people don't like to talk about. But last night, YouTubers and fans alike decided to open up a big can of worms, and share some of their honest opinions about the platform.
#YouTubeFandomHonestyHour was trending on Twitter for, well, a lot longer than an hour (In fact, some people are still posting). And through the thousands of Tweets we've seen when perusing the hashtag, a lot of the same issues keep coming up.
Here are just ten different truths that people have to say about YouTube:
1) Numbers are a bad indicator of good videos.

Devlali numbers were an important coinage by Indian recreational mathemtician D. R. Kaprekar.
For any positive integer n, define d(n) as the sum of n and the digits of n. Eg, d(199) = 199 + 1 + 9 + 9 = 218.
For a positive number m, if there exists no positive number r such that d(r) = m, then m is a Devlali number. First few Devlali numbers are 1, 3, 5, 7, ... so on.
A prime number falling in this family is called a Devlali Prime. First few Devlali Primes are 3, 5, 7, ... so on.

Next Q lines contain two integers A and B
Output
print Q lines, each listing number of Devlali Primes in range [A,B] (both inclusive)
